JKLF chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik was Monday taken into preventive custody

JKLF chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik was Monday taken into preventive custody from his residence after killing of three militants in a encounter by the forces in Anantnag district.
Police cordoned off Malik’s residence at Maisumaand arrested him, a JKLF spokesperson said.
The JKLF chairman was taken to KothiBagh police station.
JKLF spokesman said when party zonal president Noor Muhammad Kalwal went to see him at the police station, he was also arrested and lodged along with Malik. He condemned the police action.
