Tehreek-e-Kashmir TeK United Kingdom (UK) will hold a protest outside Indian High Commission London on India’s Republic Day on January 26 for the right of self-determination of Kashmiris. This was decided in an All Parties meeting chaired by TeK UK President Raja Fahim Kayani here.
“ Kashmiris will observe Indian Republic Day as Black Day. The so-called largest democracy of the world has been exposed by denying to give the fundamental right of self-determination to the people of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOJ&K) granted by the United Nations UN while promised by forefathers of the Indian nation. New Delhi claims that Kashmir is an integral part of India then why Modi has deployed one million troops in IOJ&K. Heavy deployment of troops is indicating that India’s target is to crush non-violent freedom movement in Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir,” President TeK UK Kayani added.
Kayani accused India of killing innocent Kashmiris and arresting thousands since 1989. “ India is committing war crimes against humanity in Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir. The world community must take notice of Indian government atrocities being committed by the Indian army,” TeK UK President Kayani added.
The demonstration outside Indian High Commission in London will expose the brutal and violent face of India before the world, Kayani said, adding that India is using brutal tactics to break the will of people of Kashmir while imposing a curfew, communication, and economic blockade and using molestation of women as a weapon of war in Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir.
President TeK UK Fahim Kayani further said that people across the UK will gather before the Indian High Commission on January 26 to remind the world of their role to implement the UN resolutions in Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir aimed to bring peace in South Asia that is at stake.
In the All Parties meeting PMLN, PPP, PTI, Jamaat-Islami, Muslim Conference and other religious and social organization representatives also spoke to make the demonstration a story of success on January 26 in London.
