A Top police officer said that at evening hours, a telephone call was received regarding bomb in a Go First flight. Without taking any chances, the flight was halted, he said.
“Searches were carried and nothing was found,” a police officer said.
“Later flight operation resumed,” he said.
Regarding the call, the officer said that it has been traced to New Delhi.
However, he said that the phone is switched off since then.
“Further investigations are underway,” the officer added. (GNS)
